Advance America Cash (NYSE:AEA): Advance America downgraded to sell from buy at CL King. Advance America is being acquired by Grupo Elektra for $10.50. The shares closed at $10.44, up $2.53 or 31.98% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $4.70 to $9.44.

Vocaltec (NASDAQ:CALL): After reviewing January revenue figures, for first quarter 2012 magicJack predicts more than 20% and 4% upside to average analyst estimates for earnings and revenue respectively. The Company’s estimates are before any one-time and/or future nonrecurring gains or charges and/or other possible adjustments to revenue and/or earnings. Further, the actual results experienced by the Company may differ materially and adversely from the Company’s estimates. The company will give further guidance in mid-March. The shares closed at $19.49, up $0.68 or 3.62% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $9.105 to $19.98.

Cvr Energy Inc. (NYSE:CVI): Carl Icahn announced a tender offer through one or more of his affiliated companies for all of the outstanding shares of common stock, and related stock purchase rights, of CVR Energy (NYSE:CVI). Tendering shareholders will be paid $30 per share in cash, plus a Contingent Value Right. The Contingent Value Right will entitle holders to an additional payment, in cash, equal to the value that the Company is sold for in excess of $30 per share. Icahn also announced his intent to nominate a slate for all 9 directorships on the CVR Energy board of directors. The shares closed at $29.20, up $1.6 or 5.8% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $16.62 to $29.61.

Cybex International (NASDAQ:CYBI): Cybex trading halted today. The shares closed at $2.30, up $0.43 or 22.99% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $0.36 to $2.02.
