I used the following constraints:

–A minimum market capitalization of $100 million and a maximum market capitalization of $10 billion.

–A minimum 52-week price change of 0%.

–A miinnimum 5-year earnings per share growth rate of 20%.

–A minimum 5-year revenue growth rate of 20%.

–A maximum price-to-book ratio of 1.1.
