Renren Inc (NYSE:RENN): Brean Murray said Renren reported Q1 results above expectations but provided soft guidance and expects continued margin contraction due to heavy investments. Shares remain Hold rated.
Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A): Lazard Capital raised its price target for Agilent shares following the company’s Q2 results and maintains a Buy rating on the stock. After Agilent reported stronger than expected Q2 results but provided generally in-line guidance, Stifel continues to expect that the company’s revenue will grow at a healthy rate. The firm increased its target on the stock to $54 from $52 and maintains a Buy rating.
Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN): After Groupon reported stronger than expected Q1 results, Stifel notes that the company’s sequential revenue growth and active customer net adds is slowing. The firm expects the stock to fade into the June 1 lockup expiration date and it maintains a Sell rating on the shares.
Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ): RBC Capital expects Hewlett-Packard to report modestly better than expected Q2 results on May 23, and reiterate its FY12 EPS guidance. The firm also expects the company to announce a $1.5B-$2b restructuring initiative, in the wake of its decision to combine its PC and printer units. The firm maintains a $33 target and Outperform rating on the shares.
