1) Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU): Shares are up $5.51, or 8.19%, to $72.75. The company raised its forecasts with confidence. LULU expects to earn $.55 to $.57 cents per share, up from its December forecast for $.46 cents to $.48 cents per share. LULU said it expects revenue of $237 million to $239 million, up from $210 million to $215 million.
2) Zale Corporation (NYSE:ZLC): Jared who? Tiffany & Co. (NYSE:TIF) increased sales 11% over last year, and now Zale increased same store sales 8.5% during November and December. The stock is up over 5% after hours.
3) SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX): Shares are up 1.75% after-hours to $34.33 per share. The company beat the street’s earnings estimates. Distribution revenues increased 12.4% on the quarter.
4) Evergreen Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESLRD): Shares are down 4.13% to $3.02 per share. The company was hit with a whammy of bad news. ESLRD announced a reverse stock split, is closing a plant and cutting 800 jobs.
