AIG and These 2 Stocks are Down Over 4% on the S&P 500

The S&P 500 (NYSEARCA:SPY) is down today by 1.16% and stands at 1,247. Here are three notable and stocks that are experiencing large declines today.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE:CHK): After beating estimates for its latest earnings report and a significant jump in revenues year over year, Chesapeake is still down significantly. The stock is down 6.77%.

Fluor (NYSE:FLR): The Q3 report had earnings per share come in much lower than anticipated, and also lowered its estimates for 2012. The stock is down 5.94%.

American International Group (NYSE:AIG): The company that should not be in existence had an underwhelming report. CEO Robert Benmosche: “Despite the difficult external environment, we are encouraged by the progress we’ve made and the underlying of our core insurance businesses.” AIG is down 4.34%.
