Results: Net income for the independent oil and gas company fell to $216 million (43 cents/share) vs. $716 million ($1.43/share) a year earlier. A decline of 69.8% from the year earlier quarter.
Revenue: Rose to $3.25 billion YoY.
Actual vs. Wall St. Expectations: APC reported adjusted net income of of 72 cents/share. By that measure, the company beat the mean estimate of 57 cents/share. Estimates ranged from 40 cents per share to 77 cents per share.
