Tempur Pedic International Inc. (NYSE:TPX): Piper Jaffray believes the sell-off in shares of Tempur-Pedic over the past two days following news of the company’s planned promotion on its Cloud Supreme mattress for the Memorial Day through July 4th selling season is an overreaction. After speaking with management, Piper believes the promotion was included in the company’s 2012 guidance. Piper lowered its price target for Tempur-Pedic shares to $95 from $100, but keeps an Overweight rating on the stock.

Demand Media Inc (NYSE:DMD): RBC Capital increased its target on Demand Media after the company reported higher than expected Q1 EBITDA and net revenue. The firm expects the company’s year-over-year revenue growth to accelerate in coming quarters as its comps ease, and it maintains an Outperform rating on the shares.

Seattle Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ:SGEN): Leerink lowered its estimates and price target for Seattle Genetics after the company’s guidance missed expectations, but said it remains optimistic about the company’s long-term prospects. The firm keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.
