The firm views Quanta Services (NYSE:PWR), Acuity Brands (NYSE:AYI) and Elster (NYSE:ELT) as attractive potential takeover targets within its coverage universe.

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF): Canaccord continues to expect Herbalife’s double-digit growth to be driven by its efficient business model and deployment of its daily consumption model across China. Shares are Buy rated with a $76 price target.
