Wynn Resorts Ltd.(NASDAQ:WYNN): Deutsche Bank believes the informal SEC investigation will prove to be inconsequential and that current share risk/reward remains compelling. Shares are Buy rated.

Chelsea Therapeutics International Ltd.(NASDAQ:CHTP): After Chelsea Therapeutics provided an update in the wake of the release of FDA briefing documents about its Northera drug, Leerink Swann believes that questions may be raised about the drug’s overall risk profile but the firm still thinks that the drug is safe overall. The firm maintains an Outperform rating on the shares. Chelsea Therapeutics shares defended at Leerink.

Oshkosh Corporation(NYSE:OSK): Goldman said the President’s Defense budget request indicates share cuts to Oshkosh’s core military vehicle program relative to expectations. The firm reiterates its Sell rating and believes Street estimates will be reduced substantially.
