CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CVI): CVR Energy moves up on renewed takeover chatter.

Xilinx Inc. (NASDAQ:XLNX): Following analyst meeting, Piper Jaffray said they believes Xilink’s (NASDAQ:XLNX) mid-range 28nm Kintex 7 is being selected to replace Altera’s (NASDAQ:ALTR) high-end 40nm Stratix IV as a cost reduction. The firm notes that the high-end 28nm appears to be slow in taking off but reiterates its Overweight rating ahead of a strong product cycle and shares gains.

DG FastChannel, Inc. (NASDAQ:DGIT): Roth Capital said although DG’s Q4 results were disappointing, they do not indicate a significant loss of traction in HD. The firm recommends using weakness as a buying opportunity. Shares are Buy rated.
