Analysts Boost Ratings For Cirrus Logic and Regeneron Today

The DJIA and S&P 500 Index are trading in positive territory today in anticipation of a positive earnings season. Analyst boosted these two companies with higher ratings of their equities:

Cirrus Logic (NASDAQ:CRUS): A positive pre-announcement from Cirrus had iPhone (NASDAQ:AAPL) chip suppliers outperforming in premarket NASDAQ. Stifel Nicolaus upgraded from Hold to Buy and changed target to $26.

Regeneron Pharms (NASDAQ:REGN): Conference call with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals CEO Len Schleifer  reveals that while doctors can experience lengthy waits for Medicare and insurance reimbursement, pharmas get doctors to stock up their drug inventories.  The key to keeping sales going is providing “long-dated commercial terms” for doctors. Robert W. Baird upgraded  from Neutral to Outperform and changed target from $56 to $81.
