Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ): Bernstein believes that Hewlett-Packard shares are still “very inexpensive” and 2013 earnings estimates are too low, given cost-cutting efforts but notes weaker revenue growth and share loss remain investor concerns. The firm rates shares an Outperform and raises its price target to $33 from $29.


ARM Holdings (NASDAQ:ARMH): RBC Capital believes that premium smartphones will no longer be the main driver of smartphone unit growth, but the firm nonetheless believes that ARM Holdings’s smartphone royalties will grow at a 21 percent compound annual growth rate through 2017. The firm keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.


Questcor Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:QCOR): Lazard Capital has raised its price target for Questcor shares to $85 from $78 after meeting with management. It keeps a Buy rating on the stock.


Deere & Co. (NYSE:DE): Argus has downgraded Deere to Hold from Buy largely due to concerns about continued declines in crop prices after the company said that it expects farm cash receipts to drop in 2013.
