NetSuite (NYSE:N): William Blair has assumed coverage on NetSuite with an Outperform and views the company as a core holding, and says that over the longer-term, it expects Oracle (NASDAQ:ORCL) to acquire the company to defend its ERP business against cloud.


Jabil Circuit (NYSE:JBL): Wells Fargo sees Jabil’s guidance as being conservative, after the company reported stronger than expected Q3 results. The firm reiterates a $28 price target and Buy rating on the stock.


Tupperware Brands (NYSE:TUP): BMO Capital sees the weakness in shares triggered by turbulence in emerging markets as a buying opportunity, and views the company’s large exposure to emerging markets as a long-term strength as it thinks the company’s organic growth rate is strong.


Diana Containerships (NASDAQ:DCIX): Wells Fargo has brought Diana to Market Perform from Outperform, citing softer fundamentals in the Container space. The firm also lowered its price target range for shares to $5-$6, down from $8-$9.
