Yelp Inc. (NYSE:YELP): Deutsche Bank says that Yelp reported solid third-quarter results but that its $250 million secondary offering is weighing on the stock. The firm recommends taking advantage of the pullback and keeps a Buy rating on Yelp with an $81 price target.

Thomson Reuters Corp. (NYSE:TRI): RBC Capital has upgraded Thomson Reuters to Outperform from Sector Perform based on the company’s better-than-expected operating results and the firm’s belief that the growth and risk profile of the stock has improved significantly. The price target on Thomson Reuters has also been lifted, to $40 from $35.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:QCOR): Piper Jaffray raised its price target for Questcor to $85 from $74 following the company’s better-than-expected third-quarter results and reiterates an Overweight rating on the stock. The firm adds that it remains positive on the company in the absence of clear evidence that Questcor’s promotional practices deviate meaningfully from industry norms.

Vertex Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:VRTX):  Baird believes that the weakness in Vertex following third-quarter earnings is a buying opportunity, pointing to Vertex’s decision to eliminate a substantial portion of the Hep-C infrastructure. The cost-saving measure will yield a favorable impact to shareholders, and Baird is therefore raising its price target to $93 from $88. Vertex shares remain Outperform rated.
