Covance (NYSE:CVD): First Analysis has upgraded Covance to Overweight from Equal Weight, based on indications of clinical development revenue following the second quarter report. The firm has a price target at $96, and notes that Bank of America/Merrill Lynch downgraded Covance this morning.
Autodesk (NASDAQ:ADSK): Pacific Crest reports that its checks with Autodesk’s resellers are “alarmingly weak.” As a result, the firm lowered its estimates, and thinks the stock could fall under $30. The firm keeps a Sector Perform rating on the shares.
TRW Automotive (NYSE:TRW): KeyBanc says the potential earnings loss from the braking supply agreement is less than TRW Automotive’s earnings beat in the second quarter. The firm also notes that there is potential for the contract to be resolved. KeyBanc recommends using any sell-off in shares of TRW on news of the potential contract termination as a buying opportunity.
