Analysts: Yelp a Buy Following Secondary Offering and 3 More Research Notes to Browse

Yelp Inc. (NYSE:YELP): Jefferies raised its price target for Yelp shares to $80 from $50 following the close of the company’s secondary offering and reiterates a Buy rating on the Yelp name.


SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. (NYSE:SEAS):  Citigroup upgraded SeaWorld to Buy from Neutral, as the firm believes that the working group formed by the IRS to examine pending REIT conversions is unlikely to affect the company’s transfer pricing or possible REIT plans; the analyst raised its price target for SeaWorld shares to $40 from $30.

Sotheby’s (NYSE:BID): After Sotheby’s reported stronger-than-expected third-quarter results, Stifel thinks the company tried to indicate during its conference call that it will give investors what they want; the firm found Sotheby’s tone on the global art market to be encouraging, and it keeps a Buy rating on the stock.
