Foster Wheeler AG (NASDAQ:FWLT) has announced that a subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group was awarded a contract by Shell (RDS.A) Global Solutions International for the development of a basic engineering package for a world-scale mono-ethylene glycol facility located at Ras Laffan, Qatar. The value of Foster Wheeler’s contract has not been revealed and will be included in the company’s Q3 bookings. The MEG facility is to be part of a new petrochemicals complex in Ras Laffan Industrial City which is being developed by a joint venture of Qatar Petroleum and Shell.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) price target has been increased by JPMorgan after the company raised its iPhone and iPad estimates to reflect new product launches. The firm thinks that Apple’s growth is able to be driven by further penetrating its existing end markets, and it maintains an Overweight rating on the stock.
