Treatment with ARRY-797 showed a statistically significant decrease in pain over a 28-day period in comparison to placebo, as measured using the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index pain subscale. Through this trial, ARRY-797 was considered mostly to be well-tolerated at the selected dose of 400 mg twice-daily. The shares closed at $5.14, up $0.09 or 1.78% on the day.
