Net income fell 18.1% in the first quarter from the year earlier, while the figure rose more than twofold in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year, 2.7% in the third quarter of the last fiscal year and more than twofold in the second quarter of the last fiscal year.
Revenue has risen the past four quarters. Revenue increased 6.7% to $1.66 billion in first quarter. The figure rose 7.6% in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year from the year earlier, climbed 5.9% in the third quarter of the last fiscal year from the year-ago quarter and 15.4% in the second quarter of the last fiscal year.
