Bank of America and Microsoft have New Problems

Overstock.com (NASDAQ:OSTK) alleges that Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) and Merrill Lynch (NYSE:BAC) manipulated its stock from 2005 to 2007, by assisting market-maker clients in their naked short-sales, according to a Bloomberg report.

Bad new for Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): androidcentral said late Tuesday that the new version of Google’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) Chrome browser automatically synchronizes among all of a user’s devices when he or she is signed into them; in effect, any window opened in one of a user’s devices automatically opens in all of them, providing that he or she is signed in. The publication referred to this as a “killer feature”.
