The Seattle City Employees’ Retirement System will consider a request from Mayor Mike McGinn of Seattle to divest its positions in oil and gas firms including Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) and Chevron, due to the threat posed by climate change, according to The Financial Times. The retirement system is a pension fund holding almost $2 billion in assets.
Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ): Current price $16.56
Skycom Tech Co., which tried to sell embargoed Hewlett-Packard computer equipment to Iran, has much closer involvement to Huawei Technologies than was known prior to this time, corporate records indicate, says Reuters. Huawei Chief Financial Officer Cathy Meng, who is the daughter of company founder Ren Zhengfei, was on the board of Skycom between February 2008 and April 2009, according to Skycom records filed with the Companies Registry in Hong Kong.

All Nippon Airways intends to seek damages from Boeing because of flight cancellations and other expenses incurred by the grounding of 787 jets, according to Associated Press reports.
