That deal involves services to support the Royal Saudi Land Force Aviation Command, a modification to a contract previously awarded. In the second contract, Boeing was awarded a $15.5-million modification, which requires the defense contractor to provide Apache Block III aircraft to Saudi Arabia. As for the third, a minor firm-fixed-price FMS contract permits Boeing to supply sustainment services for Apache AH-64D attack helicopters operated by the Dutch military. That contract has a value of $7.7 million.

In March, PepsiCo Inc. (NYSE:PEP) and Coca-Cola Co. both pledged to adjust their formulas nationally after California passed a law requiring drinks containing a certain level of carcinogens to have a cancer warning label. The changes were already instituted for drinks sold in California when the law passed. The chemical in question is 4-methylimidazole, which can form during the cooking process and found in trace amounts in many foodstuffs. However, on Wednesday, the Center for Environmental Health said the caramel coloring used in Pepsi still contains a significant level of carcinogens. The watchdog group found through testing that while Coke products no longer test positive for the chemical, Pepsi products sold outside of California still do.

Walt Disney Co. (NYSE:DIS): Current price $63.57
