Can These 3 Blue Chips Help the Dow Rally?

Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HPQ): Hewlett Packard significantly reduced the price of its Toucpads to $99. Karl Denninger believes that this decision has “permanently changed consumer acceptance of prices that were always idiotic for tablets.” The stock is up 2.54%.

Walmart (NYSE:WMT): Walmart and T-Mobile have created a partnership where Walmart’s 2,200 locations will offer a $30 prepaid service plan or 4G phones. Walmart is up 1.25%.

3M (NYSE:MMM): 3M is reversing some of Friday’s losses. The stock is up 2.01% after ISM manufacturing data was better than expected.
