Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT): Reported Q2 revenue $227.9M, consensus $218.47M. The shares closed at $49.78, up $3.97, or 8.67%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $35.75 to $49.09.

PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE:PHM): Overall economic activity continued to increase at a modest to moderate pace in January and early February, the Fed reported in its Beige Book. In an unusual comment, the central bank reported that residential real estate conditions “improved somewhat” in most regions. Furthermore, hiring increased slightly in several areas, although wage pressures were mostly contained. Manufacturing continued to grow steadily, while consumer spending was “generally positive,” the Fed added. The outlook for retail sales was generally upbeat, and banking conditional improved in most areas, added the central bank. The shares closed at $8.82, up $0.52, or 6.27%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $3.29 to $9.31.

Qihoo 360 Technology Co Ltd (NYSE:QIHU): Qihoo 360 announced changes to its board committee composition to comply with requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and the SEC with respect to the independence of board committee members. The changes to board committee composition were to fully comply with Section 303A of the Corporate Governance Rules of the NYSE, which require a company listed on the NYSE to have board committees consisting only of independent directors, and Rule 10A-3 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which requires the audit committee of a listed company to consist only of independent directors within one year of its listing date.

The shares closed at $21.13, up $1.29, or 6.5%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $14.30 to $36.21.
