Simply head down to the hardware store, and buy pre-made shiplap wallpaper or some 2-by-4s. The other cost-effective method would involve hunting for new or salvaged pine at a local lumber yard, and use a saw to create rabbets. Then, randomly stagger your planks to create the trendy farmhouse look.
