ConocoPhillips Q3 Income Declines on Asset Sales

ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) reported net income of $2.62 billion, or $1.91 per share.  This is compared to net income of $3.06 billion, or $2.05 per share, in the year ago period.

The company also sold its 20 percent stake in OAO Lukoil, which is a Russian oil producer.
