Bloomberg is reporting today that both Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) and Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) are rumored to be considering a bid for Yahoo! (NASDAQ:YHOO). Yahoo, which generates billions of page views per month, is seen as a valuable acquisition primarily for its audience size and content. It has long been a laggard technologically.
