Cryptologic and Raytheon ACHIEVE 52-Week Stock Price Highs

Cryptologic Limited (NASDAQ:CRYP):  Cryptologic, a developer of internet based software and electronic commerce software is delisting from the NASDAQ according to its Form 25 filing with the U.S. SEC  on June 15. Investors may note that the last trading day for the company’s shares on the Nasdaq will be on or about June 26, and that the company has not arranged for any alternative mechanism for the listing or quotation of its shares. Once delisted, Cryptologic would be filing a Form 15 for termination of the registration of its shares under Section 12g of the U.S. Exchange Act. The shares closed at $2.54, up $0.01 or 0.4 percent on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $0.90 to $2.59.

Raytheon Company (NYSE:RTN):  Republican Senator John McCain, a prominent votary for the rescission of the sequester that would kick in to heavily curtail defense spending effective 2013, said he would embrace any means of increasing revenue that would reduce deficits. The shares closed at $54.30, down $0.59 or 1.07 percent on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $38.35 to $55.13.
