Adjusted Earnings Per Share increased 17.74% to $0.73 in the quarter versus EPS of $0.62 in the year-earlier quarter. Revenue Rose 9.24% to $676.3 million from the year-earlier quarter.

Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) had a loss and missed Wall Street’s expectations, AND came up short on beating the revenue expectation. Adjusted Earnings Per Share decreased to $-0.02 in the quarter versus EPS of $0.01 in the year-earlier quarter. Revenue Rose 22.36% to $15.7 billion from the year-earlier quarter.

Amazon.com Inc. reported adjusted EPS loss of $0.02 per share. By that measure, the company missed the mean analyst estimate of $0.05. It missed the average revenue estimate of $15.73 billion.
