Dividend Changes: LyondellBasell Industries, Amgen, CSX Corp., Nacco Industries, Service Corp

LyondellBasell Industries NV Or (NYSE:LYB) announced that its supervisory board has authorized the company’s management board to declare a dividend of 40c per share, an increase of 60% from the 25c per share quarterly dividend paid in Q1. The dividend of 40c per share will be paid on June 11 to shareholders of record as of May 21, subject to the adoption of a resolution by the management board, which is expected to occur on May 21.

Amgen Inc. (NASDAQ:AMGN) says at end of Q1 had $3.6B in buyback authorization remaining, will continue to repurchase shares.

CSX Corp. (NYSE:CSX): The board of directors of CSX Corporation approved a nearly 17% increase in the quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock to 14c per share. The dividend is payable on June 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31.

Nacco Industries Inc. (NYSE:NC) announced that the Board of Directors increased its regular cash dividend from 53.25c to 54.75c per share. The dividend, payable on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock, will be paid June 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1.

Service Corp. International (NYSE:SCI): The quarterly cash dividend is payable on July 31 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 13.
