Dividend Changes: NGL Energy, Cardinal Financial, Aon, Travelers
NGL Energy Partners LP (NYSE:NGL): The distribution, which represents a 3.6% increase over the quarterly distribution of 35c per share is declared for the quarter ended March 31.
Cardinal Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CFNL): Cardinal Financial has increased its quarterly cash dividend to 4c per share. This dividend will be paid on May 17 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 1.
Aon Corporation (NYSE:AON): Aon announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a 5% increase to its annual cash dividend paid quarterly on outstanding Class A ordinary shares. Consistent with the increase in the dividend, the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1575 per share on outstanding Class A ordinary shares, reflecting a 5% increase from 15c per share. The dividend is payable May 15, to shareholders of record on May 1.
The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE:TRV): The Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 46c per common share, which is 5c higher than the last regular quarterly dividend, payable June 29 to shareholders of record as of the close of business June 8.
