Dividend Changes: Northrop Grumman, Pacific Continental, ACE, Southwest Airlines

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC): The dividend is payable June 13, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 28, 2012.

Pacific Continental Corp. (NASDAQ:PCBK) announced that its board approved a second quarter regular cash dividend of 6c per share payable June 15, to shareholders of record on June 4. The 6c per share dividend is an increase of 1c per share over the company’s March 2012 regular cash dividend.

Insperity (NYSE:NSP) announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to 17c per share. The cash dividend representing an increase of 2c per share over the prior quarter will be paid on June 22, to all stockholders of record as of June 1.

ACE Limited (NYSE:ACE) shareholders have approved a 4.25% increase in its quarterly dividend to 49c per share. The dividend will be payable on August 21 to shareholders of record on July 31.

Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE:LUV): The board increased its quarterly dividend to 1c per share from 0.5c per share. It is payable on June 20 to shareholders of record on June 6.
