Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. (NYSE:OHI) raises quarterly dividend to 42c from 41c.
FactSet Research Systems Inc. (NYSE:FDS) announced that its Board of Directors approved a 15% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from 27c per share to 31c per share. The cash dividend will be paid on June 19, 2012 to holders of record of FactSet’s common stock on May 31.
NV Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NVE): The board increased its quarterly dividend to 17c per share from 13c per share. The dividend is payable June 20 to shareholders of record on June 5.
Reliv International, Inc. (NASDAQ:RELV) raised their dividend 100% to 2c. The dividend is payable on May 29 to shareholders of record as of May 18.
Textainer Group Holdings Limited (NYSE:TGH): On May 4, Textainer’s board of directors approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of 40c per share on Textainer’s issued and outstanding common shares, payable on May 29 to shareholders of record as of May 18. This dividend is an increase of 3c per share from the prior quarter, Textainer’s ninth consecutive quarterly increase, and will continue the Company’s history of paying constant or higher dividends. The current dividend represents 41% of Adjusted net income.
