Dividend Changes on the Week: Mid-Con Energy Partners, MVC Capital, LRR Energy, The Goldman Sachs Group

Mid-Con Energy Partners (NASDAQ:MCEP): Mid-Con Energy increases dividend to 48.5c from 47.5c. Mid-Con Energy announced that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of 48.5c per unit for the quarter ended September 30. This represents a 1c per unit increase compared with the preceding quarter, and results in an annualized distribution of $1.94 per unit. The distribution will be payable November 14 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on November 7.

MVC Capital, Inc. (NYSE:MVC): MVC Capital raises quarterly dividend to 13.5c per share from 12c per share. MVC Capital, announced that its board has declared a dividend of 13.5c per share, or a total of approximately $3.2M to be distributed to shareholders for Q4. The dividend is payable on October 31 to shareholders of record on October 25 and represents a 12.5% increase over the prior dividend. The increase in the quarterly dividend is attributable to the receipt of an approximate $2.4M dividend from U.S. Gas & Electric.

LRR Energy LP (NYSE:LRE): LRR Energy increases dividend to 47.75c. LRR Energy announced that the board of directors of its general partner declared an increased cash distribution for Q3 of 47.75c per outstanding unit. The distribution will be paid on November 14, to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on October 30.

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE:GS): Goldman Sachs increases dividend to 50c from 46c. The Board of Directors of Goldman increased the firm’s quarterly dividend to 50c per common share from 46c per common share. The dividend will be paid on December 28 to common shareholders of record on November 30.
