Dividend Changes on the Week: Omega Healthcare Investors, Pacific Continental Corp., Crestwood Midstream Partners, United Stationers, Citizens & Northern Corp.
Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. (NYSE:OHI): Omega Healthcare raises quarterly dividend 4.8% to 44c from 42c per share. The common stock dividend is payable November 15 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 31.
Pacific Continental Corp. (NASDAQ:PCBK): Pacific Continental raises regular dividend, declares special cash dividend. Pacific Continental announced that its board of directors approved an increase in the regular cash dividend and declared a special cash dividend. The regular cash dividend was increased 1c to 7c per share. Additionally, the board declared a special cash dividend of 4c per share. Both dividends are payable November 13 to shareholders of record on October 31. “The improving performance metrics and strong equity position provide the board with considerable dividend and capital management flexibility,” said Hal Brown, CEO. “Prudent incremental leveraging of our shareholders’ investment is being driven through a combination of balance sheet growth and share repurchases as well as regular and special cash dividends,” added Brown.

Crestwood Midstream Partners, L (NYSE:CMLP): Crestwood Midstream increases dividend to 51c from 50c. Crestwood Midstream Partners announced the board of directors of its general partner has declared a regular quarterly distribution of 51c per unit for the quarter ended September 30, and will be payable on November 9 to unitholders of record on October 30.
United Stationers Inc. (NASDAQ:USTR): United Stationers increases dividend 1c to 14c. United Stationers has declared a 14c per share dividend payable on January 15 , 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 14. This is an increase of 1c, or 8%, compared to its prior-quarter dividend.
Citizens & Northern Corp. (NASDAQ:CZNC): Citizens & Northern raises dividend to 24c from 22c. Directors of Citizens & Northern Corporation, parent company of Citizens & Northern Bank, have declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 24c per share. The record date is November 1 and it is payable on November 13 to shareholders of record. The amount is increased from the previous dividend of 22c per share, which was paid in August 2012.
