Dividend Changes on the Week: TAL International Group, Interface, Kennametal, CBS Corporation, Reliance Steel & Aluminum

TAL International Group, Inc. (NYSE:TAL) announces 2c increase in quarterly dividend to 60c per share.

Interface Inc. (NASDAQ:IFSIA) increases quarterly dividend to 2.5c. Interface announced that its board has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 2.5c per share, representing an increase in the regular quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable August 24 to shareholders of record as of August 10.

Kennametal Inc. (NYSE:KMT) increases quarterly dividend by 14%. The board increased the dividend to 16c per share from 14c per share. The dividend is payable on August 22 to shareowners of record as of close on August 7.

CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS) increases share repurchase program and dividend. CBS announced that its board has approved an increase in the amount of value it will return to shareholders, bringing the total amount authorized under the company’s share repurchase program to $4.7B. The program, which was initiated in January, will be increased by 57%. In addition, the board voted to increase the company’s quarterly dividend by 20%.

Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (NYSE:RS) increased quarterly dividend 67% to 25c per share on July 24. The dividend is payable on September 14, 2012 to shareholders of record August 17, 2012.
