Kinder Morgan increases dividend to 37c from 36c per share. The board of directors increased the quarterly cash dividend to 37c per share, which is payable on Feb. 15, to shareholders of record as of Jan. 31. This represents an increase of 19% from the 4Q11 cash dividend per share of 31c and is up from the Q3 dividend of 36c per share.

Pacific Continental raises dividend to 8c per share, announces special dividend. Pacific Continental, the holding company of Pacific Continental Bank, announced that its board approved an increase in the regular cash dividend and declared a special cash dividend. The regular cash dividend was increased by 1c to 8c per share, from 7c per share. Additionally, the board declared a special cash dividend of 8c per share. Both dividends are payable February 11, to shareholders of record on January 31.
