Global Partners LP (NYSE:GLP): Global Partners increases quarterly dividend to 53.25c per share. The distribution will be paid November 14, 2012 to unitholders of record as of the close of business November 5, 2012. The distribution to be paid in November 2012 represents a 1.4% increase over the quarterly distribution of 52.5c per unit paid in August 2012.
Hershey Co. (NYSE:HSY): Hershey increases quarterly dividend to 42c from 38c. The dividend is payable December 14 to stockholders of record November 23.

NuStar GP Holdings, LLC (NYSE:NSH): NuStar GP Holdings increases dividend 10.1% y-o-y to 54.5c. NuStar GP Holdings has declared a Q3 distribution of 54.5c per unit. This distribution represents an increase of 10.1% over the 49.5c distribution for Q3 2011. The Q3 distribution will be paid on November 16 to holders of record as of November 9.
Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. (NYSE:HOT): Starwood Hotels: Board has approved 150% increase in annual dividend to $1.25. Says board intends to sustain, grow dividend over time.
Washington Banking Co. (NASDAQ:WBCO): Washington Banking increases dividend to 15c. Washington Banking, the holding company for Whidbey Island Bank, announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15c per common share to shareholders of record on November 5 and payable on November 20.
