Dividend Changes to Know Now: Inergy Midstream, Union First Market Bankshares, Honeywell International, Rock-Tenn

Inergy Midstream (NYSE:NRGM): Inergy Midstream increases quarterly dividend to 38.5c per share. The Board of Directors of NRGM GP, LLC, general partner of Inergy Midstream, L.P., announced that it has declared the company’s quarterly cash distribution of 38.5c per limited partner unit, or $1.54 annually, for the quarter ended September 30. The distribution will be paid on November 14 to unitholders of record as of November 7.

Union First Market Bankshares Corporation (NASDAQ:UBSH): Union First Market increases dividend to 12c per share from 10c. Union First Market Bankshares has declared a quarterly dividend of 12c per share. The dividend amount represents a 20% increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate and a 71% increase over the dividend rate for the same quarter last year. The dividend is payable on November 30 to shareholders of record as of November 16.

Honeywell International Inc. (NYSE:HON): Honeywell raises dividend 10% to 41c from 37.25c. Honeywell announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 10% increase, or 15c per share, in the company’s regular annual cash dividend rate from $1.49 to $1.64 per common share, or 41c per share on a quarterly basis. The increased regular quarterly dividend rate will be effective starting with the fourth quarter dividend, which is payable on December 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business on November 20.

Rock-Tenn Co. (NYSE:RKT): Rock-Tenn raises dividend to 22.5c from 20c. RockTenn reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of 22.5c per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 5. The dividend, which will be paid on November 19, represents an annual dividend rate of 90c per share. RockTenn Chairman and CEO James Rubright stated, “The RockTenn Board of Directors authorized this dividend increase in light of the strong cash flow, profitability and outlook for our business.
