Investors Title Co. (NASDAQ:ITIC): Investors Title Company raises quarterly dividend to 8c from 7c per share. The dividend is payable December 17 to shareholders of record as of December 3. .

Primerica, Inc. (NYSE:PRI): Primerica increases dividend 29% to 9c per share. The board of Primerica approved payment of a quarterly dividend of 9c per share for Q3, up from 7c for the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on December 10 to stockholders of record as of November 23.

Redwood Trust Inc. (NYSE:RWT): Redwood Trust intends to increase quarterly dividend to 28c/sh in 2013. The company declared a 25c/share dividend for Q4 of 2012.

Xerox Corp. (NYSE:XRX): Xerox to increase dividend by 35% to 5.75c per quarter. Subject to approval from its board of directors, the company will increase its dividend by 35% to 5.75c per quarter, beginning with the dividend payable on April 30, 2013.

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADP): Automatic Data Processing increases cash dividend 10%. The board of directors of Automatic Data Processing approved a 10% increase in the cash dividend to an annual rate of $1.74 per share, Carlos A. Rodriguez, CEO, announced Tuesday. The new quarterly dividend of 43.5c per share compares with the previous quarterly dividend rate of 39.5c per share. This increased quarterly dividend will be distributed on Jan. 1, 2013 to shareholders of record at Dec. 14, 2012. The increased cash dividend marks the 38th consecutive year in which the company has raised its dividend.
