Dividend Changes to Know Now: Standard Motor Products, The McGraw-Hill Companies, Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Las Vegas Sands, California Water Service Group
Standard Motor Products Inc. (NYSE:SMP): Standard Motor Products increases quarterly dividend to 11c from 9c. The dividend is payable on March 1 to stockholders of record on February 15.
The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (NYSE:MHP): McGraw-Hill increases quarterly dividend 9.8% to 28c per share. The Board of Directors of The McGraw-Hill Companies approved a 9.8% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on the Corporation’s common stock. The quarterly dividend will increase from 25.5c to 28c per share. The dividend will be payable on March 12 to shareholders of record on February 26. The new annualized dividend rate of $1.12 per share represents an average compound annual dividend growth rate of 9.6% since 1974.
Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (NYSE:POT): Potash increases dividend 33% to 28c per share. Potash announced that its board has approved an increase of the company’s quarterly cash dividend from 21c per share to 28c per share and declared a quarterly cash dividend of 28c per common share payable May 2 to shareholders of record on April 11.
Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE:LVS): Las Vegas Sands increases dividend 40% to 35c per share. Previous dividend 25c, will begin paying 35c dividend in Q1.
California Water Service Group (NYSE:CWT): California Water Service increases quarterly dividend 1c to 16c. California Water Service’s board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 16c per common share payable on February 22 to stockholders of record on February 11. This increases the annual dividend from 63c to 64c.
