Breitburn Energy Partners LP (NASDAQ:BBEP): BreitBurn Energy increases quarterly dividend to 47c per share. BreitBurn Energy Partners announced a cash distribution of 47c per unit for the fourth quarter 2012, or $1.88 per unit on an annualized basis, for all of its outstanding units. This distribution represents an increase from the third quarter 2012 distribution, which was 46.5c per unit, or $1.86 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on February 14, 2013 to the record holders of common units at the close of business on February 11, 2013.

Broadcom Corp. (NASDAQ:BRCM): Broadcom announces 10% increase in quarterly cash dividend. Broadcom announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 10 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend to 11c per share (44c per share on an annual basis) payable to holders of the Company’s Class A and Class B common stock.

Exterran Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ:EXLP): Exterran Partners increases dividend 0.5c to 51.25c. Exterran Partners announced a cash distribution of 51.25c per limited partner unit, or $2.05 per limited partner unit on an annualized basis, payable on Feb. 14 to unitholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 8. The Q4 2012 distribution covers the period from Oct. 1, 2012 through Dec. 31, 2012. The distribution to be paid in February 2013 is 0.5c higher than the Q3 of FY12 distribution of 50.75c per limited partner unit and 2c higher than the Q4 of FY11 distribution of 49.25c per limited partner unit.
