Dividend Changes to Know Now: Ball, Time Warner Cable, Dunkin’ Brands Group, LM Ericsson, Applied Industrial Technologies
Ball Corporation (NYSE:BLL): Ball Corp. increases quarterly dividend 30% to 13c. Ball Corporation’s board of directors increased the company’s quarterly cash dividend by 30% to 13 cents per share. The cash dividend is payable March 15 to shareholders of record on March 1.
Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE:TWC): Time Warner Cable raises quarterly dividend by 16% to 65c. The quarterly dividend is payable in cash on March 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 28.
Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc (NASDAQ:DNKN): Dunkin’ Brands raises quarterly dividend to 19c per share from 15c per share. Dunkin’ Brands, the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, announced that its board has declared a quarterly dividend of 19c per share of common stock, an increase of 4c, or 27%, from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on February 20 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 11.
LM Ericsson Telephone Co. (NASDAQ:ERIC): Ericsson proposes 10% dividend increase to SK 2.75. The company said, “We ended the year with strong cash flow and a full-year cash conversion well above target. The Board of Directors proposes a dividend for 2012 of SEK 2.75 (2.50) per share, an increase by 10%.”
Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:AIT): Applied Industrial increases quarterly dividend by 10% to 23c. The dividend is is payable on February 28 to shareholders of record on February 15.
