Dividend Changes to Know Now: MKS Instruments, Solar Senior Capital, CBOE Holdings, Resources Connection, Main Street Capital Corporation

MKS Instruments Inc. (NASDAQ:MKSI): MKS Instruments announces increased quarterly cash dividend. The board increased the dividend by 7% to 16c per share. The dividend is payable on September 14 to shareholders of record as of August 31.

Solar Senior Capital (SUNS) raises monthly dividend to 11.5c from 10c per share. Dividend will be payable on September 5 to stockholders of record on August 23.

CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:CBOE): CBOE Holdings increases dividend to 15c from 12c. The dividend increase is effective with the third quarter dividend payable on September 21 to stockholders of record on August 31.

Resources Connection Inc. (NASDAQ:RECN): Resources Connection announces 20% increase in quarterly dividend. Resources Global Professionals, the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 1c per share (20%) increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.06 per share. The increased dividend will be payable on September 20, 2012 to all shareholders of record on Aug. 23, 2012.

Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE:MAIN): Main Street increases quarterly dividend 11.1% to 45c. Main Street declared monthly dividends of 15c per share for each of October, November and December 2012, equaling a total of 45c per share for Q4 2012. The Q4 2012 dividends represent an 11.1% increase from the dividends declared for Q4 2011 and a 3.4% increase compared to the Q3 2012.
