Old National Bancorp. (NYSE:ONB): Old National Bancorp raises quarterly dividend 11.1% to 10c from 9c per share. The dividend is payable March 15 to shareholders of record on March 1.
Citizens & Northern Corp. (NASDAQ:CZNC): Citizens & Northern raises dividend to 25c per share from 24c. Directors of Citizens & Northern Corporation, parent company of Citizens & Northern Bank, have declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25c per share. The record date is February 4 and it is payable on February 15 to shareholders of record. The amount is increased from the previous dividend of 24c per share, which was paid in November, 2012.

Health Care REIT Inc. (NYSE:HCN): Health Care REIT raises Q4 dividend to 76.5c per share from 74c per share. Health Care REIT announced that its board raised the cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, to 76.5c per share from 74c per share. The dividend will be payable February 20, to stockholders of record on February 5.
Arthur J Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG): Arthur J. Gallagher increases dividend 1c to 35c. Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced that its Board of Directors declared a 35c per share quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock, a 1c increase over the prior quarter’s dividend. The dividend will be payable on March 20 to stockholders of record as of March 4.
