Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE:PH): Parker-Hannifin increases quarterly dividend by 5% to 43c from 41c. The dividend is payable March 1 to shareholders of record as of February 8.
HCP, Inc. (NYSE:HCP): HCP Inc. increases quarterly dividend to 52.5c per share from 50c . The annualized rate of distribution for 2013 is $2.10, compared with $2.00 for 2012, which represents a 5% increase. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on February 19, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 4, 2013.

GATX Corp. (NYSE:GMT): GATX Corp. raises quarterly dividend 3.3% to 31c from 30c per share. The dividend is payable March 31 to shareholders of record on March 1.
CMS Energy Corp. (NYSE:CMS): CMS Energy board raises quarterly dividend 6% to 25.5c per share. The Board of Directors of CMS Energy increased the quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock by 6% to 25.5c per share, up from 24c per share. Based on Thursday’s closing price for CMS Energy common stock, $25.28, the higher dividend represents an annualized yield of 4%. The Q1 dividend for the common stock is payable February 28 to shareholders of record on February 8. The company notes that its long-term business plan calls for 5%-7% annual earnings growth and expects to continue to increase its dividend.
Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI): Donaldson raises quarterly dividend 11% to 10c from 9c per share. The dividend is payable March 8th to Shareholders of record as of February 15th.
