Dividend Changes to Know Now: Snap-on, j2 Global Communications, Territorial Bancorp, Aqua America
Snap-on Inc. (NYSE:SNA): Snap-On increases dividend 11.8% to 38c per share. Snap-on Incorporated announced that its board has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 38c per share payable December 10 to shareholders of record on November 19. This represents an increase of 4c per share, or 11.8%, over Snap-on’s previous quarterly dividend of 34c per share.
j2 Global Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:JCOM): J2 Global increases quarterly cash dividend 2.3% to 22.5c per share. j2’s board has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 22.5c per common share, a 2.3% increase versus last quarter’s dividend. This is j2’s fifth consecutive quarterly dividend increase and represents a 12.5% increase versus its first quarterly dividend in September, 2011. The dividend will be paid on November 26 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 12.

Territorial Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:TBNK): Territorial Bancorp raises dividend to 12c per share from 11c per share. The company announced that its board approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from 11c to 12c per share of common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on November 29, to stockholders of record as of November 15.
Aqua America Inc. (NYSE:WTR): Aqua America raises quarterly dividend 6.1% to 17.5c from 16.5c per share. The dividend is effective December 1, payable to shareholders of record on November 16.
