The Board of Directors, at its meeting on February 5, 2013, declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2012 of NIS 1.15 (approximately 31c according to the rate of exchange on February 6, 2013) per share. The record date will be February 21, 2013, and the payment date will be March 7, 2013. Tax will be withheld at a rate of 15%.

Ross Stores said its board raised the quarterly cash dividend to 17c per share, up 21% on top of a 27% increase in the prior year. The quarterly dividend is payable on March 29, to stockholders of record as of February 22.
