Waste Management, Inc. (NYSE:WM): Waste Management increases dividend 2.8% to 36.5c. Waste Management announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 2.8% increase in the planned quarterly dividend rate, from 35.5c to 36.5c per share. On an annual basis, the per share dividend increases from $ 1.42 to $1.46. This marks the tenth consecutive year that the Company has increased its planned quarterly dividend. Each future quarterly dividend must be declared by its Board of Directors prior topayment.
FMC Corp. (NYSE:FMC): FMC Corporation increases quarterly dividend by 50% to 13.5c. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31.

Roper Industries Inc. (NYSE:ROP): Roper Industries increases quarterly dividend by 20% to 16.5c. The dividend is payable on December 28 to stockholders of record as of December 21.
One Liberty Properties Inc. (NYSE:OLP): One Liberty Properties raises quarterly dividend 6.1% to 35c. One Liberty Properties announced that its board declared a quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock of 35c per share. The dividend is payable January 4, 2013 to stockholders of record on December 27, 2012. The dividend will be included in 2012 taxable income. This dividend payment represents a 6.1% increase over the last dividend payment.
WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:WDFC): WD-40 increases quarterly dividend by 7% to 31c per share. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2013 to stockholders of record on January 7, 2013.
