Dividend Changes: Unisource Energy, St. Jude Medical, Harris Corp, Mosaic, Southwest Gas Corporation

Unisource Energy Corp. (NYSE:UNS): The dividend will be paid on March 22 to shareholders of record as of March 12.

St. Jude Medical Inc. (NYSE:STJ) announced that its Board of Directors declared a 10 percent increase in the company’s quarterly dividend to $0.23 per common share. At the new rate, the annual dividend would be $0.92 per share, compared to the previous annual dividend of $0.84 per share. The dividend is payable April 30, 2012, to shareholders of record on March 30, 2012.

Harris Corp. (NYSE:HRS): The dividend is payable March 16, 2012, to shareholders of record March 7, 2012. The annualized cash dividend will increase from $1.12 per share to $1.32 per share.

Mosaic Co. (NYSE:MOS): The board increased its annual dividend to 50c per share from 20c per share. The new dividend program is planned to go into effect with the next regularly declared dividend, expected to be declared in April.

Southwest Gas Corporation (NYSE:SWX): The board increased the quarterly dividend to 29.5c per share from 26.5c per share. The dividend will be payable on June 1 to shareholders of record on May 16.
